I recently had a stone chip repair done on my car and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the agent was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that my car would be in good hands.
The repair itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I was impressed by the quality of the work - the chip is now virtually invisible! The agent also provided excellent customer service, checking in with me to ensure I was satisfied with the repair.

I really had high hopes with this shop, but I am very upset with what happened here today. I went in for a simple windshield chip repair smaller than a pea and they ended up cracking my windshield way more and telling me I have to pay full price for a new windshield over $700. I believe it was incompetence that caused this. They told me every glass is different and this and that. I had faith in them as a professional glass repair company to do one job and they couldn’t even offer me a discount on the new windshield replacement. They still would have made a few hundred bucks off of me. It’s like they had no care in the world that this just happened to one of their customers. Horrible business practice in my opinion and not good customer service. I already found a way better place to replace my windshield who are compassionate and understanding about my situation. don’t go here.

What a terrible experience today. My girlfriend had her VW golf windshield filled. Instead of the work diligently being completed, the chip (less than half my pinky nail size) turned into a significantly larger crack. The manager (Tori) and glass worker kept reiterating to me that there is a 2% chance this may happen. They stated my girlfriend signed for it. When I asked to see what my girlfriend had signed, there was nothing on this 'agreement' stating that the customer is held liable for any damage that might occur to the windshield. This is no way to do business. There was no attempt or accountability in speedyglass' part to honour the job they had done. Instead of attempting to rectify the issue at a substantially lesser cost, the only option was replacing her windshield for $700. This is supposed to be a professional glass installation and repair shop?!? Are you kidding me?! I'm at a loss. The entire experience was sketchy and we felt like they could have handled everything way better, but instead the only solution was a money pit for us. There's other places in milton that will do honest work and exhibit much better customer service. Look elsewhere.

Had a small windshield chip, got a quote over the phone, Jason was solid in answering questions. Windshield job was done in honestly 30 minutes probably due to the small nature of the chip. Can still see a small chip line, but there’s only so much you can do with these things. Also got a coating of Aquapel on my windshield only (just didn’t see a need for all my windows) and it’s solid for those rainy days - it felt like the Millenium Falcon going through a worm hole. Would hands down get it done every 6-12months. I forgot the name of the lady at the desk, she was solid in answering all of my questions - very helpful/understanding and friendly. Would go back 10/10
