Not recommended to buy here, price is 15-20% higher than gas station on cigarettes, plus taking vendor's gift from customer, very sad experience.

I used to shop here all the time. Probably purchased somewhere between $200 - $400/month in cigars. Lately the stock has been getting lower and prices higher, solely based on my purchases of select items. I see 22 cigars there, and buy 10 of them for $11/each. Come back two weeks later and the 12 cigars are still there, but now they are $14/each. ??? Am I competing for cigars against myself?My recent purchase - one small box of cigars (only box there), $80 were so dry they weren't even smokable. When I tried to return them, owner wouldn't accept any returns. Said I had to call the manufacturer - Call Cohiba in Cuba? I offered to just leave them on the counter and they were more than willing to take them back without a refund. I grabbed them back off the counter and said I would throw them in the trash myself.Better places in Halton and nearby cities to get better quality cigars for prices that are 5-7 dollars cheaper per cigar and 40-80 dollars cheaper per box.

Went in the other day to buy a new tank for my vape. They didn’t have it. They never do. Not there fault as product changed.It was recommended to by a new unit. The unit was in the package and as an in person consumer I feel it’s my right to hold the product before I buy. Not to her. I was told I had to buy it before it was opened. And if I didn’t like it….I don’t know?! Really?!I’m an online world, I’d think you would want to retain your “in person” customer and discourage online shopping but I guess when you don’t care you don’t care.I find Mike the owner is more customer service driven. Everyone else is not. I’ve bought MANY times over the last 9 years but this was the last straw. Online I go.Overall, pretty disappointed as I believe in the in person customer experience, and in a world that is loosing its “human touch” I think online is not where we should be sending people. Ironic, as the review is online ????
