“My friend and I embarrassingly ended up in a ditch very recently. We had a few people who stopped and asked us if we were ok. Two young men with a tow truck came by and helped us out of the ditch. These young men were from James Snow Self Storage. They did not want any money for their time or trouble and were genuinely happy to help us out. It's rare when a person runs into one Samaritan never mind two. Thank you guys. We highly recommend them for their storage and If we need storage, we know where to go!!”

“I was a customer at the 867 Nipissing Milton Ontario location for 6+ years as I tried to manage our possessions in Canada while living in Australia. During this time Joanne provided an incredible level of customer care, recognizing me when calling from overseas, to providing bottles of water on hot days, and even snacks for my kids who were often bored as we sorted through possessions on trips back to Canada. Joanne is a total legend, feeling like an extension of our Canadian family on visits back home. I can’t recommend Joanne and this location enough for your storage needs.”
