I went to see John with my car as my son got in a bit of a fender bender. By one door wouldn’t open properly and there were a few other scratches. John came out and fixed my door within minutes and wouldn’t charge me for it. That’s amazing customer service and I was so appreciative. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if I need.

Fast, professional, knowledgeable personnel, Bob the owner is a character. But he's the man you want to see. His no nonsense approach is refreshing and he tells it like it is. Location is convenient, needs more parking space.

I try to stick to my dealer but, recently it's impossible. I asked around and heard good things. I called and spoke to John. I felt comfortable and I booked my appointment. As promised he fixed my car better than I expected. Very happy with the service and turn around time. I will defiantly be going back.

Professional, CLEAN, friendly, knowledgeable! Highly recommended.I feel a lot less anxious and happy with the quality of work.Got into a accident and the side of my van was damaged. Not only did John the manager get me a rental asap, he also helped install my children's car seats. My van was repaired quickly, Great service!

****UPDATE**** Side of bumper popped right back out after a day of driving.... See last photo!Was told by the manager/owner John that this is normal (photo), showed me photos of broken parts he replaced as if he knew something was not right. Furthermore, the manager advised me bumper will never go back on straight once replaced and that it will never be straight again. Also added - might've been like this before. My vehicle has never been in an accident before and it is a 4 years old Highlander. Really?? It might've been like that before it came in? Never or less.... So what? Isn't that what a body shop do? Fix automobile bodies? Isn't that what the insurance company pay you guys so much money to do? Long story short.... It is my problem now. What an eye soar...... This was just a simple bumper replacement.... I can't even imagine something like a quarter panel replacement! I don't mind poor workmanship and mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes and workmanship comes with experience for most good technicians. But when you don't look after your customers concerns and turn your back..... That is when one should think twice before bringing their 30K vehicle to such business operation.Oh.... and yes... That dirty bumper is a picture taken as soon as I got home from the shop. ***sigh*** Doesn't anyone take pride in their work anymore :( .... Anyhow, that part is the least of my problem right now.

Not impressed by the integrity of the manager, I was quoted one price and charged a lot more with a feeble excuse for a reason as to why the price increase. I could have gone to an alternate body shop and payed less for the work.

Just had an amazing experience here. I had one of my company vehicles vandalized and had Royal Synergies (Bill's Auto) recommended to me. I dealt with John while I was there and he was completely straight with me about what was worth fixing/replacing and what wouldn't be worth fixing. There was no sales pitch or anything, just a great, salt of the earth guy.
Next time I need some body work I'm definitely coming back here 100%.

My first time at this shop recommended by my insurance. I had a great experience! I felt welcome as soon as I made my first call, the receptionist was friendly and smiling the whole time. John, the manager, put me at ease by explaining the process, answering my questions in courteous and professional manner, never felt rushed. Even though I didn't have any repairs done on the car (it was a write off), I felt guided and cared for during such stressful time. I am very thankful.

I was rear ended and had extensive damage to the back end of my SUV. This Auto Body was one of the top 5 places that my insurance company recommended but I originally hesitated because I knew nothing about them and there was only 1 brief review posted. (Customer reviews are very important).
I'm so happy that after researching the other 4 places, I went with my gut and chose them.
I had such an incredible experience. John was great to deal with. He kept me updated on the progress and even finished 1 day earlier than scheduled in order to accommodate my business schedule.
I was originally worried as I had never been in a collision before and was concerned that the quality would be poor or noticeable and my vehicle would not be the same.
John and his crew did an amazing job and my vehicle looks incredible.
Although I hope to never have to use this service again, I am relieved to know that if I do need a body shop, I can count on these guys.
