I was in here and had a very mixed experience. The sales girl (short reddish hair) was very pleasant and helpful however she stunk SOOOO BAD like dirty sweat. Please shower and use DEODORANT. It was disgusting ? I couldn’t stay in the store to try stuff on and make a purchase. There are lots of natural deodorants that work. Please use some.

Not great customer service. Reached at 958am, they open at 10am, I walked in as the doors were open, was asked to go out and stand in -16C as they open after 2 mins. Ok, I let that pass.I do the return, asked if I can dispose of the bag it came in, and she says sorry our garbage is full. Lady, I just saw the cleaners leave and am the first customer in. What is the garbage bag full of?

Lady at the cash was nice and helpful. Manager was useless and tried to hide when I had a question about price adjustment from yesterday’s purchase. Instead of helping me out as I wasPurchasing more gifts, I returned the items and will be returning all of my purchases. She was useless

I placed an online order & was very excited to receive it however when I opened the package, two of the pants I ordered had hair sticking to them & had dust/mud spots on the bottom. I decided to exchange them for a fresh pair hence I went to their Milton store . Their staff completely ignored my concern & instead of just exchanging or returning, she took advantage of the situation & gave me same items but for almost full price , saying buy one get other 50% off , I asked her yet again , she brushed me off , very confused I left .
Now today I had to go in again to have them fix the bill since she over charged .
So much for shopping online. Such a waste of time & money also how frustrating the whole experience caused. I probably won't be shopping with Reitman again . Hope they will try to work on their customer service.

I have been in here a few times trying to shop and have had bad experiences all the times I went in. I was hoping it would get better but I was wrong.Sizes aren’t very inclusive and had only one section for tall but multiple for petite and regular, and again, it was only 1 tiny section, 1 style of jeans for pants… one colour.Also, the staff were rude to me and talked behind my back thinking I couldn’t hear them and scoffed and laughed at me a bit, again, thinking I couldn’t hear them, also, when they “helped” me, they weren’t helpful and came across as rude and judgmental. Terrible customer service, I’ve never seen such judgemental staff in my life.Definitely won’t be returning.

The sales girl was not very well informed on what and where things where in the store. I had to find what I was looking for on my own. Even after I showed it to her on line. She had black thinning hair.

Even after being closed for a long time. salespeople didn't seem interested AT ALL to help me. I was the one that made several trips from the change room to get different sizes. There was no friendly welcome I was used experiencing from the staff. Very disappointed.

They are not open until 7pm...just returned from the store...it was 6:40 and the staff didn't let me in ...their door said 16 people capacity and I could not see even 4 people inside?....I guess their staff is not in a habit of working as much as before ....very disappointed ?
