They are basically a scam when you go in there they tell you our return policy is exactly like GNC but when you go to return something they will fight with you and super rude if you want to get ripped then popeyes milton is the place, i left the supplement as charity and not going there again ever

I dropped in earlier this afternoon, and I was greeted by this girl at the front counter. It was refreshing to see a girl working because it made me feel a lot more comfortable. I’ve seen her a couple of times and she’s very nice to me and my husband and answers all our questions. One thing that’s makes her stand out is she makes me feel good about coming into the store.

I came in earlier today, and was looking for some protein powder, and got some assistance from the girl at the front desk. She was very helpful with assisting me to find the right one for me. By telling me the different brands and flavours and the best one for what I am tryna to achieve. Would recommend 100% and a special thanks to the girl in the front. As she was very helpful

Had a great experience at the Milton location on Sunday. I went in looking to pick up some pre-workout but wasn't sure which one I wanted to try.After looking a little lost I was approached by one of your sales associates (I think she said her name was Parveen).I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so she explained all the differences between each product and directed me to some of brands that would get me what I wanted out of my pre workout.Was a great experience even though the store was a little busy!!Will definitely be coming back !!

For sure not visiting this outlet again , customer service is below one star , the girl at the counter today at June23rd around 6:15 was not even wanted to assist in any manner even after asking her twice about the product she doesn’t seems to be responsive, she made me feel like why am I here. Terrible Terrible, these folks don’t the way and don’t have appropriate knowledge.

Terrible customer service at this location if you can even call it that, walked into the store and was not greeted at all. Was asked “you guys need help”? But with a confrontational tone, then reluctantly I said yes but was given rude, vague and dismissive answers to my questions.
