“I have been going to this shoppers for a long time now and I know the employees like Nyz, Sherry, Kim and many more are very helpful and very nice. Last night, I came to pick up my medication and saw what happened regarding a refund. There were 2 girls who came into the pharmacy and one of them who looks older was yelling at the young pharmacy assistant for a refund. I saw that the pharmacist and the pharmacy assistant went to the cash register to do the refund but the older girl was still yelling at them. I even hear that the older girl claimed that she works at shoppers erin mills. She was telling them all they don’t know how to do their jobs when they were just trying to help. I hope that person yelled those employees to this location doesn’t yell at her customers in her own workplace.”
