If you ever decide to get a cat from here please beware that they won't be as friendly and helpful... we had to return a cat cuz my child was allergic to it... sadly we returned the cat but they did not refund my kids hard earn pocket money because the cat adoption doesn't come under their control so ironic as they work and operate under their roof but they won't facilitate the refund process. The volunteer threatened my family and used very unprofessional language. The cat did got adopted by another family they recived double funds for the cat.But we lost our $300. In these times when economy is tough my babies lost a cat and the money which could help them in a million other ways. I hope my message can help others.

I took my Schnadoodle for grooming at the Petsmart at Maple Avenue in Milton, 2 days ago
It was the WORST experience for my dog
I asked for a close hair cut on his butt. I didn’t notice until I got home that the groomer obviously used a shaver and his skin is totally red and cut, which leads to infection
I took him to the vet and we can clearly see that the skin was deeply cut.
I give Petsmart a rating of minus 100 and I need to be compensated.
I will never recommend Petsmart to anyone
I will be taking my dog back to see the manager at Petsmart
Shame on Petsmart for hurting my dog!!

Grooming. Only, not really impressed with face diapers on staff.
Grooming is awesome here, really happy with Georgie's haircut. Thanks again, but please maybe you can tell em we don't need the diapers anymore lmfao

Becca is officially the best Poodle Groomer ?
My poodle visited this salon at Milton for her routine grooming, and Becca did an awesome job with the German cut. She patiently listened to my requirements and executed it so well. She was also very friendly and loving towards our pet. You know you got a perfectionist when your appointment goes beyond its end time and you still find your groomer and the dog calmly working on minute details.
Good job Becca, you won a lifetime client for PetSmart!

Always friendly & I'm usually able to get all my cats favs. Recently, I have not been able to get all the kinds he likes, but they have a good variety.

Been going here for about 4 years now and have never had an issue! They are friendly. Our dog has been groomed there. She gets treats sometimes at check out! It’s a good store!

The store staff are friendly and knowledgable about the products they carry. I never have issues when using my Status card. We use the grooming salon for our large breed, Newf Sophia. The groomers do an amazing job with Sophia and give a detailed assessment when we pick her up. Sophia is comfortable in the salon.
