Prior to purchasing a 2007 Nissan from Parkway, I had been burned by another used car dealer selling me a car with a falsified safety certificate so I was leery of this deal going south as well. It was in fact quite the opposite. The car was exactly as advertised, in beautiful shape for its age , ran well and when I later took it to my mechanic he was also impressed.Vince was very thoughtful and accommodating during the purchase process, there was no pressure and no haggling. Their going in price was reasonable for a car of this age and about the only negative comment I have is that their showroom is so chock full of cars that it did take a few minutes to extricate this 350Z so I could look it over in detail. And again no pressure. And finally, after I purchased the car they took it across the road for any necessary repairs to meet safety standards (and I was invited to talk to these mechanics as well)I would highly recommend Parkway for your next car purchase.

Bought a truck here. Had it for a month and then the problems began. Sure, the vehicles come certified, but I wonder now how legit their mechanic is. Thousands in repairs, and I’m missing another day of work today sat on the side of the highway waiting for a tow to the garage. Extreme buyers remorse.

This dealer has fair prices and decent cars but what makes me give it a 2 stars is the customer service that they speak highly aboutI was reading reviews about how amazing nick was and was looking forward to possibly purchasing a car from him. Sadly I got Vince. When arrived I told him the cars I wanted to look at. He just gave me the keys to them and sent me on my way to look at them while he was either inside or was chatting around. When I had gone here i was injured and on crutches so every time I had a question I had to crutch all the way over to him, wait for him to finish his casual chat to ask my questions then crutch back over to the carsAfter I have done my test drive for the 2 cars I went back inside to talk about the numbers. I was told right away that things were non negotiable which is fair but was also consistently told only the owner can make these decision. It definitely made me wonder why I was talking to Vince and not the owner. I even indicated that I would also be here paying the car out in cash which he told me that would be even worse as they would rather finance the car as that way they can make more money.After the repetition of being told they were a family own business for 30+ and only the owner can negotiate prices I told him I was on the fence about decisions and that if I made a choice to purchase a car if I could ask him to start the deal over the phone as I drove from 3 hours away. I was then told that there was no way for that to happen and if I wanted a car I would have to drive all the way back just to sign a paper yet every dealership I worked with never had an issue doing things electronically.By the end of this whole ordeal I definitely felt like my business was not wanted and I decided I did not want to purchase a car here even with their fair prices but with this type of customer service I quickly changed my mindSadly all the good reviews were left for nick so if you’re going to this place I’d either look for the owner or nick.

Excellent experience buying a used car during these uncertin times. My knowledge about vehicles is very limited. But the sales team at Parkway Auto Trade made me comfortable with one of the biggest finacial decision in my life. Very Professional Team and got me the vehicle that was best for me and my family. The car I went to see looked amazing from the pictures. In real life it looked tired had lots of paint chips and a large piece of the wheel well missing with rusted metal exposed. The salesman had attitude and said the prices are non negotiable. I asked Vince about the price on another car and he told me to look it up on there website.

I was nervous after having to buy a car from a used dealership for the first time after my wife was rear ended and our stout little mazda 3 taken out of commission. I'd been to several dealerships but each time it just wasn't quite right. Vince made the whole process simple, straightforward and a pleasure. We ended up with a lovely used Sienna for our growing family, paid a fair price and the bar was set very high for any future car buying experiences!I drove out to Milton from Oshawa because the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and I'm glad I did. Great, trustworthy dealership and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.They also have a 36 day unlimited warranty so you can buy with confidence knowing they stand behind their vehicle and will support you in one of the largest purchases of most peoples lives. They are not on commission and don't haggle with price which is a relief and demystifies the whole process. The value the vehicle fairly, help you decide if it's right for you and that's that.10/10 would buy from Parkway again!

Bought a 2014 Camaro last October, low milage and great price, and mint condition. After one year of driving (minus winter storing), I'm very happy. Best car I've ever boughten, absolutely no complaints about the car. I'm very happy with the purchase and Parkway Auto. Vince was quite knowledgeable and very helpful.
