Home depot has a nice selection on plants. They even have some nice patio conversation sets. Great place to pick up soil and outdoor plants etc.. even bags of kiddie sand.

standing at the paint desk waiting over 10 minutes while staff stood around talking to each other. asked 3 times for a paint associate to help me and told they were coming. never showed up so I left saying I would now shop at Lowe's to be told ok thank you for coming. wtf ?

We went to the Home Depot garden centre to get some edging and marble stones for my parents grave site. I want to to remove all the weeds and the overgrowth and tidy it up since we were not allowed to be there due to Covid. Kelly, the salesperson, asked us if we needed any help. We were just on your way out because it was necessary to take actual measurements instead of just eyeballing it. She was very helpful and very considerate. Her warmth and understanding is very genuine and made shopping there at Home Depot a wonderful experience. Kelly really epitomizes customer service.Thank you Kelly for everything

I ordered something for curb side pickup at Milton store yesterday at noon and still waiting for pick up after 2 working days! Now is half an hour waiting on the line for someone answer the phone .

The store service is fine but DO NOT do special orders. I ordered a kitchen and not only was it delayed by nearly 6 weeks, nobody told me about the delays. The "customer service" team needs a new name. They should be called the "treat you like garbage" team. I gave them another chance and ordered blinds only to have the install person not show up and once again, nobody call to tell me they weren't coming. I will never shop there again - ever!
