This is the place to get amazing customer service and quality shoes/boots! I am so pleased with my work shoes and Christopher went above and beyond to explain the differences in the types of steel toe footwear as well as offering a guarantee or I could return them within 30 days. You can’t beat the service here! Highly recommended.

Christophe is a definite asset as a Store Manager! My husband had an issue with the seams ripping apart in his construction boots and Christophe made it his priority to deal with honouring the warranty even though it had just expired. Even selected the insoles perfectly suited for the intended purpose. He was quick and attentive in addressing our needs and the customer service in general at this location is phenomenal. My husband always buys all his workwear here and the quality and prices are on target! Highly recommend.

I recently bought a pair of Timberland boots from Mister Safety Shoes, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The boots are incredibly comfortable, and the insoles provide great support for long hours on my feet.

Knowledge of work boots lacking. Bought Kodiaks for work as a mechanic. Not even a year and the boots toe is falling apart not even from kicking anything just from standing on tippy toes or kneeling.
Not impressed as budget for boots was never an issue. Wish I got the timberlands instead since my work was covering the full cost of the work boots.

Went in to get a pair of rubber boots, Christoph took care of me in no time. Christoph was fantastic to deal with, knowledgeable on the products, and efficient in locating a pair of boots that fits my use. Customer service like what Christoph provides are rare these days. Keep up the good work!

Went in today to check when I am eligible for new shoes. Found out I was and Chris offered his help without hesitation. He was super helpful and easy to talk to about the styles of shoes plus the fit of each shoe to find the perfect one for me.
