Had a great experience buying my 2022 Ioniq 5. From ordering the car to delivery I dealt with DJ and Shami. Both were very helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable and seamless.
Edit as of Oct 2024. The purchase experience 2 years ago was fantastic and the car itself has been great. However I have now had a major issue come up that is covered under warranty and dealing with the service department at this dealership has been horrible. The senior service advisor was condescending both times he dealt with me. Made worse by the fact that I was in a conversation with his colleague and he just interjected into the conversation with his condescending statements. They also give no unsolicited updates on the status of the repair. I had to call each time for an update. I even had a call from the car rental place that the dealership recommended asking for a larger deposit because the dealership told them I would need the car for several days more. The dealership hadn't given me that information yet but they informed the rental company. At the same time the rental company told me the dealership made sure to inform them that I would be responsible for all rental fees incurred. Which also seems ridiculous since the car is in for a major warranty repair. I emailed the service manager about all of my issues and did not receive a response until I called the dealership near the end of the day looking for an update since that was the day the part was supposed to be delivered and was told I would get an update on repair time that day. His response to my complaints was to tell me that there was nothing he could do other than apologise for the Senior Advisors comments (noting that the advisor was only trying to help but he could see how I could interpret it as condescending.) He also advised me that any parts damaged by the faulty warranty part that were out of warranty were my responsibility to replace as the warranty doesn't cover causation. This is absolutely ridiculous. Two weeks ago I was talking about wanting to upgrade my Ioniq5 to an Ioniq 5 N in the not too distant future and now after dealing with this service department and being told what Hyundai Canada's warranty will / will not cover. I don't think I will ever buy another Hyundai product. When I eventually get my car back from this repair I will definitely be looking for a different dealership to do my services at while I still own my Ioniq 5. It's terrible that my enjoyment of such a great car has been soiled by such a terrible customer experience with this service department.

I recently brought my vehicle to Milton Hyundai due to a random noise coming from the trunk when driving on bumpy roads, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, especially the service manager, Arash, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed.
Unfortunately, the issue hasn’t been fixed yet since they were unable to replicate the noise during the road test, but I truly appreciate their effort and commitment to helping resolve the problem. I will definitely return for future services and continue working with them to find a solution.
