Recently took my vehicle there for a Harness replacement and window trim . Kristen were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience.

As a first time truck buyer I took awhile to come to a decision on which vehicle to choose. Luke was extremely patient and took his time to go over the pros and cons - mostly pros of owning a truck. Eventually decided on a 2023 F150 Tremor, best choice for me, absolutely love it! At delivery Cory walked me through all of the features and got me up to speed on how to make the most of my truck. It’s been 4 months and I couldn’t be happier. Also upgraded to an illuminated front emblem, the service team didn’t disappoint, they sourced the parts and had them installed just right. Now working on ideas for the next additions. Extremely happy with my Tremor and the helpful and friendly staff, will go back for my next upgrade

I had a fantastic experience with Milton Ford. The staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Luke was my sales person and he knew the ins and outs of all the vehicles, he showed us all of our options and was very patient with us. Dave, the owner, also came by to introduce himself and asked about our experience at the dealership. Corey and Richard were two other staff members that provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Milton Ford!

I leased my first vehicle thru Milton Ford, a F-150 Lariat 4x4I was explained everything about the lease and all my question were answered. I dealt with Rahul Chopra and he was easy to deal with and got me into a better truck then I thought I could get, thank you. He wasn't pushy, I explained that I would need to sleep on the deal and he was good with that. I called in the morning and told him that I would be going thru with the truck and himself and his team got the ball rolling. Financing answered all my questions as well and walked me thru the signing.From start to finish this was a nice experience.I would highly recommend this dealershipThank you to the team at Milton Ford.

The fact that I’m from out of town and our vehicle broke down with very important circumstances that it was hauling fresh product that had to stay at temperature. Hannah in the service department was very attentive and understood the importance she was absolutely amazing as was the technician in and out the door in 45 minutes and repaired, I’m truly thankful I appreciate it and I can highly recommend Milton service department .

Booked an "appointment" for 730am. My truck was not looked at until after 2pm (I could have gone to work) I told them to replace the battery, my camera is acting funny. Passenger power window acting funny. Was charged just to tell me they needed replacement...yes I know that's why I left the truck there at 730 am. Got a phone call at 345 saying it was ready for pickup. $430 bill to get battery replaced (that I supplied ) and to tell me what I told them in the morning...that window and camera need replacement. Pretty shocked...Never going here again

Anil Chopra and Rohan Chopra at Milton Ford Lincoln treated me like family and made my buying experience a pleasure. I came from owning several Mercedes vehicles and I can say that I don’t plan on going back to a Mercedes.The treatment I experienced and the vehicle I purchased was so great I will definitely purchase from them again as well as refer any friends and family because I can trust that they will be treated right.

Very friendly, very helpful. Excellent customer service. I have been dealing with issues with another dealership and John here has been incredibly helpful and nice. He has really helped me out in a bind.They actually care about their customers and their customer's safety, and have gone above and beyond to help me in a situation that wasn't even their fault.Thank you sooooo much for all your help. I would recommend them to everyone, and when I am ready to look for a new car I will definitely consider this location.
