I had my lexus hs250 wheel alignment done today at this shop. I had a wonderful experience and would 100% recommend this shop for wheel alignment and all other auto repairs. Customer service was excellent so as the rates (it was lovely meeting you Rod). It was quick and easy to setup an appointment and get my car work done on time. Keep up the good work guysCheers!

First time customer. Called in and they were able to take my Acura TSX in a last minute request for a wheel alignment. The work was completed in a timely manner. The technician explained the alignment adjustment on my vehicle and the improvements that were made. Staff was friendly and such a delight to chat with. As a bonus, one of my favourite movies happened to be playing on the screen as I was waiting in the reception area. All in all, I would say all things "aligned" :)

Three stars because they got my car in within a reasonable time, but I have the feeling they milked it and overcharged me.*What I have posted here is my opinion. The owner, rather than talk with me about it in a reasonable way, left me a message (which I have retained) threatening me with taking away my car if I don't respond to him about this review.****Reply to the owner's reply:Are you serious with what you just wrote there? First of all I never asked if you would give anything up to help me. I called and asked if you could take my business that day and you said yes. Full stop. There was no mention of lunches and I only spoke with your receptionist, not you.Secondly, I got violent??? What's your definition of violence? At the 2.5 hour mark I got up and walked into the back to see what the progress was. That's when my car suddenly became ready to go. I was calm the whole time I was at your establishment. I didn't see anyone using a washroom, nor did I get violent (that's laughable) so I don't know why you're weaving a tale of fiction.Lastly, you get all upset over a three-star review (which isn't bad) so you decide to call me up and make threats about putting my car into collections (even though I paid the bill in full). I have the recording saved.I'm changing the review to one star, since you want to make things up. This is surreal.

The repairs that were needed were well done.There was a comunication issue between front office and me, the customer regarding when, all the repairs were to be done.I do suggest you read and sign off on the recommended service before any repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Love this shop, I’ve been to many and this one will be my mainstay shop. I love the honest work they put in and no BS included with their work. They were able to book me ASAP for a wheel alignment and told me other repairs were needed on my rear control arms. No upselling and no pushing for more repairs. As a home mechanic, I really appreciate a heads up on other repairs I need to perform. Definitely going back for tasks I can’t perform in a garage.
