Mike and Marisa are genuinely some of the kindest people - not just realtors- I've had the pleasure of interacting with.We've all heard stories and had interactions with realtors whose sole purpose is to close without paying careful attention to what the client wants (budget, relationship with landlords, other concerns) and that's something that I think separates a realtor in name from a high quality realtor. Mike and Marisa make sure they do that extra bit of due diligence when deciding on a property.As an example - we were looking at some houses with Mike in recent weeks and halfway through our scheduled list of properties to check, he took a few houses off the list because he was paying careful attention to what the clients needed).That sort of attention to detail is why I will always recommend Mike and Marisa. I had the privilege of being both a neighbour and client of Mike's and can say he's excellent at both.Thanks for all your help, Mike and Marisa.

Me and my fiancé were on the hunt for our first home. Being first-time home buyers in the current climate of real estate can be scary, overwhelming, and frustrating. However, when we met with Mike & Marisa for the first time, they were confident right from the get-go that we would find something we loved. What an incredible journey and experience it has been.Two years ago we had a conversation with Michael Tait. “We want to move” we said. We knew where we wanted to live but we had no real idea on what kind of house we wanted. “We’re in no rush and we’ll wait until we find the perfect one for us” was what we told him that day.And so we started looking at houses. And the more we saw, the more we refined our wants and needs. Mike was incredibly patient throughout the process and because he focused on us, he helped us discover what we were looking for.About a year ago we were introduced to Marisa Vieira who had teamed up with Mike to form a partnership. It was quite apparent that these two worked incredibly well together.Our house hunting really ramped up this spring and we were seeing multiple houses every week. Michael and Marisa sold my house and helped my fiancé and I buy a house in Kleinburg. They were awesome! They helped me sell my house for a record setting price! They designed and employed a strategy that worked very well to get me maximum dollars. They bent over backwards to make sure everything about the house said “Buy me!”. They were always accessible and willing to go the extra mile for us. This extended to the buying experience as well. Michael showed us a large number of properties and was always friendly, willing and available. When we decided which property to offer on, he knew exactly what to do to make sure we got it and he even saved us $40,000 in the end! Amazing!
