Terrible. Ghost town. NO STAFF. Products in disarray. If you need lumber, then this place is somewhat convenient (being part of a shopping mall). Otherwise, you WILL leave frustrated.

Worst customer service ever , had to wait 40 mins for someone to custom cut window blinds because there was only one guy doing it and he was at his 1 hour lunch at that moment, not his fault at all but they should have at least a backup for that.

So I waited for 20 minutes to get service in the paint area. I’m okay to wait since I know people are busy and all. I went to check out and had a $10 off coupon however, it was on my phone and not printed out. The sales associate came by and said that I needed to print it out. It had to be a printout. Anyhow, I feel as though there could’ve been some sort of override or additionally, they could’ve printed it out for me. I don’t feel entitled, I think that it could’ve been so simple for them to make a customer happy. It’s okay, I went to Home Depot and they were awesome.
Rona just lost a potential customer and while I’ve been there a few times before, I won’t waste my time there again. Home Depot even has Customer Success Specialists to resolve any issues. Rona, do better!
And their response to my message? Funny that they would give me the phone number to Colonial Penn. WRONG PHONE NUMBER!! Another missed opportunity. Try again if you wish but RONA is digging a deeper hole.

Went online to see if they sell carpet tile. The tiles we were looking for were in aisle 63 b so we drove to the store. Aisle 63 was their warehouse/stockroom. Why would you put the location of your warehouse/stockroom on your website? Also, no associates there to help us. What a waste of time.

Poor customer service at the paint center. The woman that was working there was taking a personal call the entire time and took her time to even come help me (I had to ask her to come several times). I asked for some advice on what primer to use and which ones were best for hallways etc, and while she was helping me she was still talking on the phone to the other person in her language and laughing. I wasn’t sure if she was laughing at me or not. Either way super unprofessional and awkward for me.

Went looking for porch lights. Products are poorly displayed, there is no corresponding shelf number to determine product location and some of the items did not have the right barcode on the shelf and as a result I was not able to determine some prices. Lowe's as a brand was always much, much better. Back to Home Depot I go.
