I recently purchased a manual 2019 Mazda 3 GT from LooLoo's and am thrilled to share my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional customer service. Tony was phenomenal—he made the entire buying process smooth and straightforward, without any upselling.
As someone who needed this car primarily for work, I appreciated how Tony focused on my needs. Unlike my previous experiences at other dealerships, I never felt pressured or rushed. He genuinely had my best interests at heart, making it a pleasant experience.
However, I do have a minor critique: the gas cap lid, which was supposed to be fixed before my pickup, was still an issue. I was in a rush to work, but fortunately, Tony set up an appointment to resolve the matter, so I’m hopeful that it will be dealt with quickly. While it's a small inconvenience, it's important for all promised repairs to be completed before delivery to enhance the overall experience.
In conclusion, I still highly recommend LooLoo's to anyone in search of great service and an honest team committed to customer satisfaction. I’m very happy with my purchase and grateful for the excellent support I received!
