We had a very unpleasant interaction with Kelly (CSR). She was upset because after my husband said he will pay by credit card, he changed his mind and we wanted to pay by debit instead. Kelly got very upset, and yelled at him that she had already put the payment as credit card…well Kelly I’ll tell you what, if the customer changes his mind it’s your job to accommodate the request, and if you dont have the patience to deal with customers maybe go get a different job where you dont have to interact with people. She was particularly obnoxious and rude!
