This is the only place in Milton that would do embroidery on products and apparently they will no longer work with anything but their own products. I have gone to this location since I moved here and had needs for personalized gifts for my coaches and friends.
I will now take ALL of my other business elsewhere. It’s quite unfortunate.

I highly recommend this centre. M helped me make a custom plaque for an urn and it turned out beautiful. She was so kind and thoughtful. She put together lovely designs for me to choose from. She understood the importance of the plaque and took extra care with it. I’m so grateful that I received this help during such a hard time in my life.

This place jerked us around so much!! The lady when we went to drop it off was not very courteous. She quoted me a price without even bothering to get up from where she was sitting. The they said two weeks and it ended up taking almost 4 weeks and lastly when we went to pay they charged us more than they quoted and kept saying it was a lot of work, but never once contacted me to letme during the process to advise the price was going to increase. Had I known I would’ve gone somewhere else. I highly recommend you go Somewhere else if you want to get good service for a reasonable price.

On the recommendation of a friend, i took an item for engraving to Key Centres in Milton. It was a challenging order, requiring a quick turnaround and needing to be engraved in Turkish (i.e. with special characters and symbols). I was delighted with the result. The item looked wonderful and was ready in time to present for a special occasion. Thank you Key Centres. I am a very satisfied customer.
