I stopped in here on my way to an appointment at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre because my tire pressure monitor was on. Obviously, I couldn’t risk driving downtown if something was wrong. Mark was such a sweetheart, he took me in right away, filled up air on the low tire, told me I would be safe to go downtown and back. He told me to come back and he would take a good look at the tire and fix whatever was wrong. I cannot tell you how much his compassion and quick attention meant to me. It’s always stressful going downtown, but today Mark took some of the stress away and made me feel special. Thank you for your kindness today Mark. It was not unnoticed.

Very professional team, along with very modern machinery.It took around 20 minutes for my winter tires change on same rims.I had the opportunity to watch the entire change, and I was very happy to see how well they treated my Tesla.Looking forward to coming back to Kal Tire in Milton next Spring for the switch back to my all season tires.

Amazing service and Lou hooked my son up with some winter tires! I'll definitely be coming back here for my tire needs. They carry top brands like Hakkapellita as well, which is a premium winter tire as well as the other top brands, so you can't go wrong choosing Kal Tire.

Great service great prices and I don’t need to buy winter and summer tires separately anymore. I have the new key and tires all year round also save on my insurance because they are legitimately winter tires as well as summer tires.

Nathan at Kal Tire is probably the best customer service rep I have encountered. My car was making a noise and he had his mechanic replace two control arms and a ball bearing plus install some new brakes on my old Ford Flex. He took care of me and everything was fixed in a quick, professional manner. He makes fixing my car a very pleasant experience and I will continue to go see him in the future. Thanks Nathan!!!
