I could give zero rating to this just cozy branch at Milton mall ..the sales staff at this store has no manners at all . Let alone customer service , she lacks basic etiquettes to talk to someone . When told that she is responding rudely her response was “I would still get paid anyway” … this brand is losing its value because of such staff working at their place . Pathetic experience

If I could give negative stars, I would! The store doors were closed before business hours. We waited for 10 minutes and the saw an employee enter, so we asked her politely if the store was closed. She was so rude!! She just said “I am on break” in the rudest manner I’ve ever encountered and walked away! I’m a potential customer and I would never purchase anything from this brand after this encounter.

I think both girls did great and I hope they come back as it was awesome to see different selections available at different times! Always super friendly with me (but then again my motto is what you see in me is what I see in you ?) and why is no one talking about how cheap this place is!it was awesome it had the best socks and the best blankets and I got some cute leggings super strong quality and my kid got some too! I can’t wait for them to come back! Thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible store person. Rude to the extreme, not sure why with these reviews all negative about her, she is still at the store giving everyone a bad experience. Great materials and stuff but I hate to go to this store just because of the lady working there.

The lady Mickela is so rude..I dint not understand the exchange rules so I did a mistake but she was so rude in front of people and she then made fun of me with other people when I was still there ....I later asked her to be nice to people but she was still rude ...

I am not sure if she is the owner or a staff, but the woman working on there is super duper rude. She started fighting with me for looking thru some shawls. I was hoping to buy a few of them for my staff party.Felt sad for her as she has no idea how to give even mediocre customer service.

No wonder this place doesn't have any reviews. We came in to exchange our clothes and the lady Harris outrightly refused to exchange and then she said to come back on Monday.Such a bad experience.Atleast the owner should highlight that they are not exchanging during black Friday. The owner had said to come back anytime before jan 2023.Would not recommend anyone here. Avoid bad shopping experience
