A very nice person hit my car in the parking lot and didn't leave a note! So, I was on my own to pay to get it fixed. Hitz was very efficient and affordable and did a great job. Randy was even nice enough to drop me off at home and pick me up afterward. Great customer service!

Worst customer service you can imagine. He will tell you what got damaged and what didnt even though he wasn't near the accident scene. Then when you go to pick your car up 4 days later from the scheduled date the job is still incomplete.

Would not recommend for brakes as I had to return 3 times. After 9 months and less than 10,000 kms, brakes had to be replaced again. Buddy didn't want me back a 4th time because he didn't like my attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else.
