The staff at First Professional are the best, they have given me back my beautiful 2002 Lexus LS430 like new. It was badly damaged at the front and I was sceptical that they could find repair parts for such an old car. Steve went over and above to find headlights, hood, radiator and many many small parts to complete the repair and then do a magical repaint so that there is no evidence of the crash. He also did me a great favour recommending me to MechaniQ on Speers in Oakville. Steve recommended me to get an oil and filter change, air filter, and a computer check of all systems. This has been done to my complete satisfaction. I shall always be thankful to Steve for giving life back to my luxury Lexus, it was ready for the scrap yard until they took care of it for me. This is my tribute to First Professional in Milton and MechaniQ, Oakville.

First Professional for the win!

I brought my car in to get work done on my bumper and trunk. They called me hours later telling me they didn’t quote me for certain damage and it’s going to be another $900. The day I went for my estimate I made it clear of all the damage on the car. I felt I shouldn’t be held responsible because their employee did a poor job giving a proper estimate, but I agreed anyway. I gave this company all necessary information to get the same paint as my car. When I came to pick my car up I was extremely disappointed as the paint colour was no where near a match. I asked to speak to a manager and he came out to observe the car. He agreed that the paint job did not meet their standards… so why give a car back to a customer when it doesn’t meet your standards? That’s sloppy business. He agreed to take the car back and do a better job. When I came to pick up the car the 2nd time, the paint job was better, but once again no where near a match. He said since I didn’t go through insurance the job wasn’t done quite as well. How stupid is that? Why not quote me for the best possible job you can do? I expressed how unhappy I was now that this is two times in a row. He said that’s as good as they can get the paint and it won’t get any better. I asked him to show me another car they worked on to see how good their work really is… the paint matched identically. He said it’s because it went through insurance, which is still so stupid to me. Now I have a car with a back bumper and trunk that doesn’t match the rest of the car. This is unprofessional and sloppy business. You’d think you’d get some good service for $2500. Give some other body shop a chance, not these guys.Service: Painting

This company did a phenomenal job repairing a deep scratch on my passenger door. Not only did they expertly repair it, they detailed my car so well that it looks brand new.The repair was done in the time they said they needed. And, they were professional and courteous to deal with.

Fantastic service, outstanding job on my truck fender. It's never nice getting a ding on a brand new truck. First pro took take of it and gave my truck back to me in way better shape than I dropped it off in. Thanks again guys!

I had scheduled my VW Atlas in for a small side panel replacement. Unfortunately, just prior to my appointment, we hit a deer on the highway. When I brought the vehicle to Steve and his team, I inquired about an estimate to repair the damage expecting a huge amount and subsequently an insurance claim.I received a call shortly after dropping the vehicle off. The estimate was very reasonable and it meant I didn't have to proceed with a claim even though we have a fairly low deductible. Getting parts was going to be an issue but they would see what they could do. They would need the vehicle for the entire week.I received a call mid week. Once they were able to dismantle the damaged area, they could tell that the actual repair was less than originally anticipated. They needed less parts and these parts were readily available. The amount was going to be a third less than estimated. WOW! It is so nice to receive a call like that. They could have kept the amount the same and taken my money and I would have been none the wiser but instead they were honest and upfront with me. So appreciated when service seems to be lacking everywhere else.The entire staff were so pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you for your great service and your integrity.
