We reserved and ordered a new iPhone 16 Pro Max online using our Fido account. At the store, Rohan, the staff member behind the counter, was extremely uncooperative, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He refused to listen not only to us but also to the Fido customer support agent. It seemed like he didn't care about anything except wasting 90 minutes of our time to manipulate us into paying a $70 mobile setup fee. This was clearly his target.
We were forced to open the phone package under the pretense of checking for screen damage, but surprisingly, he didn't check the screen. Instead, he merely pressed to power on the phone while the white sticker was still on the screen and then returned it to the carton. He didn't do anything substantial yet charged us for the setup fee.
This is what happens when you have an untrained person in place. As a Fido representative store, you should hire skilled and professional staff with enough experience and customer service skills. It seems like a scheme to mitigate cash flow losses due to pressure from the government and customers to reduce monthly fees.
Overall, this was a very bad customer service experience, and the staff was completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and request to pick up your new phone from another Fido location to avoid wasting your time, money, and giving yourself a headache.

I visited this store to get Roger connection and the representative there helped my by understanding my requirements as a student and help to get the best value of money and even saved my connection fees which was $70 thankfull to representative for saving my money

I had a fantastic experience at the Fido store in Milton. The behavior of everyone there was truly amazing, especially Abhishek. I never encountered any difficulties or confusion because they were always helpful and offered the best suggestions. I highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Does not answer the phone at this location.Came in for a pick up they had in stock and would not give it to me because I ordered online and they did not get the online order. Meanwhile when I ordered it for pick at the store they had one in stock. They did not want to give me the stock phone. Meanwhile I had the same deal with another location and Erin Mills and they were able to give me the stock phone.

I came to Fido Milton today and Nihal is the one who helped me.I got my mother a new cellphone with a good deal and I got myself a new cellphone as well, as a great early Christmas present. I've been a long time customer and I got an old old phoneMy experience in dealing with Nihal is very good. He is very helpful, knowledgeable on the product.
