I visit this Esso gas station every day, and it’s always a great experience. The pumps are reliable, the area is clean and well-maintained, and the service is consistently excellent.

This Gas station tried to steal just under $50 from me of gas I didn't fill because the cashier didn't understand how to work his system... At 1AM in the morning, he expected me to drive home, drive back to Milton. To deal with a manager to collect the balance of the which I didn't fill in the tank, which is $44.50...
This is some stupid nonsense. I insisted he call a manager, or call the owner. And he tried to insist that I pumped $5.50 into my tank of ADDITIONAL GAS lol when i didn't even utilize the $50 i Prepaid...
This is hilarious 😂... he almost had me believing that for a second there.
My trust in ESSO is done... train your staff properly please.

I waited 2 minute the system was down and after 2 minutes I wanted to buy some stuff and I wanted to to pay . It declined because only the card were working with pin and insert the card while I will use Apple Pay. No apologies no nothing. I think Canada is slowly moving toward 3rd world country like india

This is THE WORST gas station in Milton. The people who work at this gas station are THE MOST inconsiderate, ignorant and RUDE gas station employees I have ever met. Avoid going to this gas station in Milton at all costs. To be honest all the esso gas stations in Milton are rather terrible but this one at James Snow Parkway and main Street, just south of the 401 is by far the worst one in the entire town of Milton. Petro Canada is much better. Absolutely disgusted with the people at this esso gas station.

The worst gas station in Milton. The only reason it has people is due to the proximity of the highway.You can never just pump and go. For the last 4 months everytime I have dropped by here I had to go inside for the receipt. The printer is ALWAYS OUT OF PAPER.Then u have to go inside to get ur receipt and u are blasted with the most monstrous smell of body odor imaginable. The staff is always aloof and never knows what's going on.I'm never coming back again, it has only gotten worse in the last year. I'd rather be late for work or straight up just run out of gas and die before I ever make a stop here again
