I went in to have the autolight function checked and Coahworks was not able to rectify the problem. Yet they charged me $162 for the work, which admittedly included the cost of a 'new' sensor which did not serve the purpose. Not a good experience at all.

Look no further. Dropped off my 2012 car at 1pm without appointment for an exhaust repair and then some. Received a call just before 4pm the same day indicating troubleshooting was solved and car repairs had been completed and ready for pick up. The icing on the cake: all in, about $400 LESS than another local auto shop quote for the identical repair. Will not hesitate to return. Keep up the fantastic work Coachworks! Truly, a gem in the Milton community for your auto repair needs.

Big shout out to Coachworks Automotive!!. Had a bad brake issue in my 07 Civic, they not only got me into the shop the next day, but were also super clear on what need to be done to fix my issue. I have dealt with this business a few times and there is no point in wasting my time shopping elsewhere. Yes they have competitive prices but more importantly this is a garage with experienced professionals you can trust (which in itself can save you money, sometimes a lot of money). They don't need to pretend to know their game and randomly change parts until maybe they get it repaired and/or lie to you, speaking as an experienced Armoured Corps and heavy equipment mechanic. I called 4 mechanics in Milton for a quote on replacing front and back brake pads and rotors (I provided the parts). The quotes I received were:SAI Automotive Sales and Repair - $360+taxTrue Tech Auto Repair Ltd - $300+taxBlackburn Automotive - $350+taxCoachworks Automotive -$300+taxI decided to go with Coachworks because they had the best quote and reviews and there were lots of comments about their honesty.After repairs were completed, I was provided an invoice for $360 plus tax. I stated that I got 4 quotes and that the quote provided by Coachworks was $300 plus tax. I was told that they didn’t provide me with that quote. I had this written down on paper so I’m positive that I didn’t hear incorrectly and I also called back to reconfirm the price before booking the appointment.The job itself was completed today and so far, there doesn’t appear to be any issues however, I wouldn’t recommend this shop solely based on their dishonesty.
