My shopping was very pleasant. The fashion consultant was really very nice. Very good service. Although I am French-speaking, the advisor spoke to me calmly and I understood well.

I had to return some items I bought online. It was done quickly and efficiently. I ended up buying something out of the store. Both ladies at that location were great and went out of their way to help me. Great experience!!

It was good,with the staff, but But I have seen that over three years ago the style of clothing has changed a lot and the quality, the material, the cuts or the sleeves are very large at the mouth and narrow hips. I think that the heat sinks are only made for skinny people, they don't have hips or bust. That's what I see, thanks.

Honestly mediocre experience. I was shopping with someone who spent over two hours shopping and spending close to $500. They seemed understaffed. No one offered to help get alternate sizes or support in anyways during a 2+ hour visit.

Best shopping experience in a long time! I was lucky to have Beverly assisting me in finding a dress for Mother’s Day and let me tell you, after picking a few dresses I thought they were going to fit well and tried them on to just get disappointed to the point I was going to leave without buying anything, she took care of me and made sure I left with a smile on my face! She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. She even stayed with me after closing time so I could try on different sizes…I will go back for sure. The clothes is good quality and they have so many different styles to choose from.
