I want this branch two different times each time I request help they don’t bother at all i have to call toll free to get the helpLast time my card limit exceeded I requested form person who was workingThey said sorry we are closed come tomorrow before 5 every time i got disappointed really need to change the stuff as soon as possible

I think the bank needs to change the staff. First of all they hardly know what they are offering. They will just tell you to call the toll free to get more info. Never answer the phone and have made it next to impossible to get an appointment. I am not sure how come this branch is so busy that the next available dates are always a month far. Having a terrible experience and for sure will stop using them for my direct deposits.

Inexperienced and uneducated staff that gives unnecessary extra advice. Making me contemplate changing banks. There should be a new quote for cibc. "Hope we can make your life more difficult." Join any other bank. Instead of this Milton location.

I live near this branch and prefer not to visit it in person. She deposited my cheque through the ATM but forgot to give me the receipt for the deposited cheque. Afterwards, she mentioned she had to make a call that would cause me trouble. I was asking to meet her manager but they said there is no manager in this branch lol hahahaha

This branch is the only one I’ll go to in town. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful for me. They don’t have cash on site which can sometimes be inconvenient, but it’s pretty quiet, and the staff will do their best to help.

This branch is so bad. They close their operations for weird reasons like shortage of staff. They don’t even inform the customers upfront.The branch manager doesn’t bother to even speak to the customers with patience and give proper reason for closing the operations.

Waste my time at the CIBC Derry and Thomson no one want to help only appointment's otherwise no service and while u been rejected in front of other banking personnel no one want to help instead talking and standing right at my face. Need to improve a lotKeep striving for 10/10 like this service zero star from me for wasting my time 2 times in a row sameday .have a wonderful day

Worst customer service I’ve seen in my experience. Went to get a bank draft and a couple of adjustments in GICs. The front desk person who attended to us was rude, full of attitude and was making snarky remarks over things unrelated to the service. Had to give him a piece of my mind to put him in his place. Very bad experience.

I opened an account with CIBC last year, had some issues in getting $300 opening offer, raised a complaint with Customer service over the phone. Bank manager Christopher responded the same day and resolved the issue within a week. Great Customer service.

One of the best branch. I have been to this branch in past years but never took time to review but this time they made me feel like they value my time and business.Never had bad experiences with this location. Financial Advisors at this branch are very knowledgeable and their manager Christopher is one of the most Welcoming person.
