“*Clean store.*Staff is welcoming when entering the store.*The only thing I don't like is that the customer service is gone!! I was looking for a particular product for a child with a disability and both staff members just pointed me towards the wall that should/could have it.I had already walked around the store before asking them and thought that because customer service is the most important thing that they would actually try to help. I have worked in retail for many years. I know the stressors of having to complete tasks such as doing mark downs and putting things back. Those stressors will always be there!!!! I just wished there was more empathy and actual customer service.Back to online shopping I go!”
“I loved this place so much, I don't even shop in NY anymore, and will literally plan a trip back up north to Canada to buy from this store versus others in America. Staff was amazing. Quality and styles were top notch; there were so many beautiful sets. The number one thing I loved about this place was that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Sometimes, walking into shops, the quality looks questionable and there aren't prices, and all the prices seem steeper than they should be. Here, the prices are on the tags, so there's no funny business and you don't have to heckle. It's what a shopping experience should be- fun, and worth it!

“Nice Tommy Hilfiger Store available at Toronto Premium Outlets Mall. So many staff were available to assist all the times. Fitting Rooms were decently maintained. There were deals on Nov and Dec. Store was maintained neatly and organized well. They have membership facility and few discounts can be availed with membership.”

“Such a great place to shop! I'm there all the time either buying or selling, all staff are so friendly especially Michelle and Marie (I wish I could name more but the names have slipped my mind). Marie really knows how to bring the toys to life in her super cute/creative social media promo videos. Follow them on socials to hear her awesome tunes and great singing voice. The other staff are great sports at participating in the videos also, just goes to show the fun environment and care that goes into the job :)”
