“*Clean store.*Staff is welcoming when entering the store.*The only thing I don't like is that the customer service is gone!! I was looking for a particular product for a child with a disability and both staff members just pointed me towards the wall that should/could have it.I had already walked around the store before asking them and thought that because customer service is the most important thing that they would actually try to help. I have worked in retail for many years. I know the stressors of having to complete tasks such as doing mark downs and putting things back. Those stressors will always be there!!!! I just wished there was more empathy and actual customer service.Back to online shopping I go!”
