I was at this store looking for curtains, I had 3 sales ladies come upto me and mentioned all curtains are on sale, when I finally selected something the sales lady said that specific one was not on sale but can be returned within 30 days, so I got a another one, a lengthier one that was on discount, now that was on sale and on final sale 'CANNOT BE RETURNED'. When buying curtains you're not sure which shade will get along with the walls and which will not and hence I wanted to ensure the item could be returned incase they don't go well. when I was browsing online, each and every curtain on discount was returnable within 30days, not sure why the rules are different in store and online :-(

This is the third time I’m trying to post this review and Bouclair keeps denying it. So I’m posting it on Google under the store where I have made the purchase.Case #00826200Bought 4 chairs ($200 each), and 2 months later chair legs cracked and broke on all of them. Contacted the store, emailed, called the main office, no response. Finally after I posted my first review I got contacted, but the original review has not been posted. They offered an in-store credit, while there’s nothing I like and don’t what to deal with such unprofessional and dishonest company. They do not allow honest reviews on their website unless it is 5-star.Update: No one has contacted me after Bouclair responded to my review here on Google. Do NOT use this scam company if you value your time and money.

Had the most amazing experience at this location. The team was absolutely fantastic in helping me find everything for my cottage. It looks so beautiful. Everytime I come to rhis location I get the best customer service will continue to go back .

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this particular Bouclair. I was standing in line for quite some time and someone joined the line behind me. There were two check out counters, busy. As soon as one of them freed up, the staff member behind the counter looked at the woman behind me, clearly seeing that I was ahead of her, and said "I will take you since you were here first." I looked at the customer behind me and she looked at me confused knowing very well that she joined after me. She said "No, she (pointing at me) has been ahead of me for a while now." The staff offered no apology and with a hand motion asked me to come forward. I know that this happens to alot of people. It could simply be an oversight. That's human. But what separates us from animals is our intellect. An apology would have made this whole experience completely different.

Had a really great experience at this location. The lady who helped us (I didn't catch her name) was extremely polite and friendly. She notified us of the current promotion that the store was having and let us know that she could help us if we needed assistance. She was also very pleasant at the cash register.We came in to purchase bar stools. Prior to coming to the location, we called to ensure that the ones we wanted were in stock - the same lady we dealt with in store, placed them on hold for us. When we purchased them and she was helpful enough to bring all the boxes on a trolly so that we could carry them out to our car with no issues.So far, we are extremely happy with our purchase. The bar stools fit nicely in our condo. The stools are called "Textured Faux Leather & Metal Adjustable Bar Stool" in the colour black - SKU 9393534. They are regular price $119.99 but we were able to get 20% off with the current in-store promotion.
