The staff are very friendly, Lesley is amazing. Vehicle work was completed in a timely fashion and the mechanic was very polite. I highly recommend this shop.

Rod and his team(Leslie and Techs) are top notch, fast, friendly and efficient. A local Korean car dealer wanted to charge close to $1400 for backup camera replacement, I sourced the correct part on AMZN for less than $100 and they installed for half an hour labour, WOW, saved over $1200!!!

I worked here once upon a time, the owner had me leave a good review to make it look better. While working there as a pre apprentice and being the only one working on vehicles (illegal) I had seen many a vehicle come and go without the work being done to it that it needed, but they still paid. This includes vehicles such as Cuddly Corner busses for children, Police and Ambulance vehicles, Steeda (the performance shop next door) vehicles and regular customers.From oil changes to alignments, the work was shoddy at best, if it was even done. There were “oil changes” that the oil was not changed. Alignments where the shop owner would push on the wheels to print out a sheet without changing anything. One customer wanted an oil cooler installed and I was told to zip tie it on and hide the tubes so it looked like it was functional. The used car dealership down the road had us spray paint the rusty cars to make them look better, and write fake safeties so it was cheaper. I had quit on my own accord because my conscience was eating at me.Please if you love your vehicle, do not take it here. Maybe things have changed since then (4-5 years ago) but I doubt it. Another mechanic (the old owner who worked there after selling the place so he could claim taxes or something) had seized an engine and the blame was put on me, I had to pay out of my own pocket for the repairs. I had installed the Costco lights on the ceiling by cutting through the conduit and installing plugs to plug them into (extremely dangerous and illegal because I don’t have my working at heights or any electrical training) and the power was never turned off, only the light switch was off.These are just things that I can remember off the top of my head. The owner will probably reply to this edit saying something like “this is false and never happened” but I promise you it did. He might even have this review taken down by google but I am only trying to help everyday, hard working people to not be scammed by this shop.After working at this shop, my dream of being a mechanic was crushed, I never want to work on another vehicle again.

These guys are amazing. My issue was with a pump in my truck, not even something that most auto shops would help with but they were glad to assist and had me back to work in no time.

They are very caring and professional people and staff is awesome. They accommodate me same day on my request and fixed my car radiator and make my life easier. As they know I am a student, they gave me remarkable discount. They are really marvellous and honest people having best services in Milton. I fully recommend them for car service.

I had called other shops near where I live, but they did not stand out as much as Blackburn Automotive.The staff on the phone informed me that they were able to make time for me to come in on the day of, and the diagnostic was only going to take a quarter of time than other shops I had called (and I called a few by then).I think the first positive impression they left on me was how friendly and pleasant the lady on the phone was. She actually sounded like she "cared", if you know what I mean, compared to majority of auto shops that more concerned on getting customers (and overcharging them for initial diagnosis).Staffs were so friendly: they came out to explain to me what they were doing to my car, asked if I wanted to come check and see what they noticed, etc. I could also tell by the team dynamic I saw that they had a good group of people here - hard working and enjoying what they do.It's quite daunting to go to a mechanic for me, I'm not sure if it's just because I know nothing about cars, because of the numerous times I had been given quotes of extreme amounts and got nothing fixed, because I'm a female, or perhaps all of the above. Blackburn Automotive, or now known as Milton Automotive & Alignment, was one of the best service and customer service I have received. Thank you!
