The worst experience I have had at any store! Very very poor. Best Buy needs to do a better job at training their staff. What a shame.

I bought a laptop for $1099.99 + HST from them, and they informed me that it was not available in the store and would be shipped within three business days. However, after three days, when I called Best Buy to inquire about the product, they informed me that my local store, where I purchased the product, would contact me urgently. However, I did not receive any call. The next day, I went to the store, but they refused to listen and blamed the shipping company. From my understanding, the selection of the shipping company is not the customer's choice; Best Buy chose the shipping company and is therefore responsible for order delivery. Additionally, I paid Best Buy for my service, not any third-party vendor.
Now I'm in contact with Purolator regarding my product and they put it on investigation but after 6 days from the delivery date, there is no update from Best Buy or Purolator.

I pay $239/in membership with Geek Squad but they are of no help. Customer service is pathetic. Nobody picks the phone

It took me a whole 2 minutes to find the product I was looking for, followed by 15 minutes spent in the queue waiting to pay. It was close to closing time and the queue had grown to over 10 individuals. When I raised the long wait issue with manager Mirelly she pointed out that all three associates were "solving problems". I suggested that there should be either a self checkout, or a dedicated counter for payments (meaning no returns, warranties, deliveries and other issues are processed there). I was told there are no resources for this. I suggest if Best Buy does not want to alienate customers to at least train the managers to exercise common sense and at a minimum ask customers with issues that take longer to resolve to kindly step aside momentarily and allow to process the queue. Terrible experience, I will avoid this location at all cost.

Absolutely horrible experience! I spent $800 on an Oculus 3 and its case. I was next in line to pay, but there was only one cashier and she was providing customer service to the person in front of me. It was a complex procedure that was taking a long time. My wife was pregnant and feeling sick in the car, so I approached a staff member to ask if he can come to the cash or send more cashiers. I don't know his name but he was an Asian gentleman and apparently a manager. He was totally rude and hostile. He told me to wait in line like everyone else, and he said it with unsympathetic attitude. I was not asking him to skip the line. I just wanted to buy my Oculus, but there were no cashiers. He ended up getting called up to the cash moments later. When I spoke to him at the cash he wanted to argue with me about how he was right and I was wrong. This person needs to be fired immediately. I will NEVER buy another product from this Best Buy. Big mistake buying my Oculus here.
Returns and other customer issues should not be mixed in with the checkout. If there is only one cashier (like today), then you get stuck waiting behind a lengthy customer service issue. I wouldn't mind waiting if there was a line with a few cashiers. But there should never be only one cashier if that one cashier is helping with a customer complaint. Is this not obvious? I didn't shop at Best Buy to be taught a lesson in patience when I can buy online or elsewhere.

Came in to purchase Cell phone. Waited for 15 minutes without a single employee to assist. I asked an associate to help they stated another employee would be there. A total of 20 minutes and no one assisted.
Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this store.

Bestbuy is the worst place for shopping. The sale rep was very tricky to sell a TV to me and charged me more than $20 monthly for one year for totally not useful membership fee!!! I will never step into this store any more!!!!

I just wanted to give a well deserved shout out to a lady buy the name of Vivian she works in the protection member ship support department for Best Buy. I call best buy today with a problem and she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and helped solve my problem. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate you.

The situation happened to me at this location made me write this review, i have been to the store first time and got details about purchasing something as it was a 2 year financing so i was not that sure what to do so i left without buying anything that day. But just after 2 days i made my mind and went to the store again to buy the same thing but i wanted to confirm something again so i double checked asking everything again but the guy who was helping me this time was so rude. I remember his name - Puru he is a advisor at this location he said if you already the things then why you are asking again as “its wasting the time” he said exact these words and then he said white people doesn’t do like this they trust us. He is an indian himself and i am indian too but still he said that our people doesn’t trust us i said its not the matter of trusting I am just confirming everything again as its the matter of money that i dont want to waste but he was really rude to me and my friend. This behaviour was totally unacceptable and i didn’t liked at all. May be employees even need to be taught basic manners to talk to customers though service comes after this. Totally disappointed!

Worst Bestbuy ever I went to buy a laptop, they said you can only tap 250$ by apple pay so I went home and came back. After the purchase the salesman said I will receive an email of when exactly I would receive the laptop within 30 minutes but no email received. I decided to cancel the purchase after several hours I came back to the store they said you can’t cancel it until you receive it then return it. they don’t know when it will be delivered and I have to wait forever with no confirmed ETA.
