Sam and team did a great job on my car. From the moment I called he reassured me that my car was in good hands. From the inspection to the regular updates on the work, they were on top of things. Didn’t rush through the process and made sure the work was done right. My car looks great!

I am just at the tail end of a 113-day vehicle repair episode with Assured Milton. I understand that many of those days was waiting for parts from the USA & Mexico. However, I was told by the Assured parts supplier in Cooksville, that some parts were in Canada at the Chrysler warehouse sitting in a trailer waiting to be unloaded. With finally only 1 part outstanding, we were waiting for it to be unloaded for over 2 weeks. Tired of waiting for the part, I called a local dealer and found the part and it was delivered to Assured the next day. After the vehicle waiting for parts for 15 weeks, I had to expedite the part myself. Why wouldn’t Assured do that to get the vehicle finished sooner?
My biggest complaint with Assured is that they use Kal-Tire for all the mechanical work. I am sure that the Kal-Tire mechanic was not certified to work on the complicated electronics, suspension and drivetrain parts of my Jeep and at one point the Jeep would no longer start while in their possession. So, the Jeep was sent to a Chrysler dealer to diagnose and repair the no start problem. After 2 weeks, the Jeep was running and returned to me with a damaged front wheel bearing caused by the initial accident. Also, 2 of the 4 rims were bent and needed replacing. You would think that a damaged wheel bearing (that was obvious when the Jeep is driven) and 2 bent rims would have been identified in the early days of the 113-days in shop.
The manager at Assured said several times that he would call me back the same day and never did. I would get an email or call a day or 2 later.
My personal experience with Assured in Milton was awful. I will never use their services again and do not recommend them at all. Zero stars.

Got my bmw x6 fixed here by an employee named Nav. Someone broke my back windshield, they did a great job gave the car back to me in perfect mint condition!

Extremely unprofessional people
If you value your time don't tever go there.
They took the car in for minor damage and said they will do it in 3-4 days, upon continuous calling they returned the car after 3 weeks.
Honestly not even satisfied with the
work they did.

My recent experience with the Milton location of The Body Shop was extremely disappointing due to the incredibly rude customer service I encountered. I had to switch my body shop service before my car even arrived at this location because of the disrespectful behavior of a lady I spoke to over the phone.

I’ve never been to a place that was so friendly and efficient. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff from the receptionist, mechanic and the person who gave me a lift back to school. They explained everything and I felt relaxed and confident leaving my car in such good hands. Highly recommend them!

So far so good rims look new car drives so far great the only complaint I have was timing they said the vehicle would be ready Monday so I called Monday then they said Wednesday so I called that day and then they said Friday so I called Friday then they said Monday first thing and yes it was ready Monday lol

I'd give Assured 6 stars if I could! Efficient, enthusiastic reasonably priced service. Everything I was looking for from an auto shop. Sam even went out of his way to help me find and take advantage of a deal on a separate repair! 5/5.
