Sam promptly received me in the patio furniture section and helped me find everything I needed. When I asked about the weight of some items I was purchasing, he immediately said that they were heavy but that he would help me load them into my car. As an expectant mother, it was more than I expected and went far beyond the customer service we usually see around. Please recognize Sam for his exceptional costumer service.”
“Definitely the best Home Depot in Brampton. The excellence in customer service began from the moment we walk through the door. I was energetically greeted by Marc with a friendly hello which made me feel so welcomed. I was so taken back by his friendliness I had to double take and ask if him if the greeting was ment for me. We live in such a fast paced, self centered world sometimes we forget the kind gestures and simple greetings can fill ones soul with so much joy. I was also quiet impressed with Meca who took the time to say goodnight to my 8 year old daughter, that was several steps behind me pushing the shopping cart like a little lady. Showing respect for a child and indirectly teaching our children morals and values by saying a simple good night will help us as a community live better together. Your customer service is a 10 star! She was able to reprint one easily and price checked my item which resulted in a $113.00 refund which I used towards purchasing a new gazebo from them. Because of her, this is my new location.
