I had a terrible experience at this auto service shop. They seem to be experts at turning small, simple repairs into outrageous bills. Almost four times higher, with hours of labor charged for a job that should’ve only taken a few minutes. It feels like they inflate labor times and add on charges to make an easy job seem more complex than it is. I’d strongly advise anyone to think twice before coming here if they want fair pricing and honest service!

GREAT & FRIENDLY SERVICE !!!
I ended up getting a flat tire on the 401 and the tow truck driver brought me here. They didn't have any time for me at first but since I was "out of town" I was kinda in a pickle. They decided to make it work and was able to get me back on the road fairly quickly. No extra costs or charges either, even after I asked and was willing to pay. Great bunch of people.

The staff at Active Green + Ross are great to deal with. I have been here numerous times now and they have always treated me with respect.
