Love the cashiers , but today was very disappointed with costumer service in electronics ( mobile phones) Nov 30 , 2024 at 12 :30 pm. Probably would be nicer to talk to a robot. Overall lovely store and service.

I have read some of these reviews and one jumped out at me because I was there for the whole thing. The man that posted about terrible customer service because his credit card wouldn’t work about a month ago neglected to mention that the woman at customer service told him that the card provider declined the charge and showed him the slip that came out of the machine. She not once said his card was bad. He also neglected to mention that he was yelling and literally threw the TV that he was intending to buy into his cart and demanded she sell it to him. When she asked him to leave the store he told her to call the police because that was the only way he was leaving. He was very rude and belligerent. When she called some kind of a code the manager came to the counter and the man proceeded to rage about her, pick up the tv and toss it in the cart again. It was at that point the manager told the man he needed to leave. I was in line right behind him and his wife the whole time. Kudos to the manager for telling the man to leave without the tv he threw twice. People really need to think about how they treat others. Demanding and entitled behaviour is getting to be a problem in society.

I understand you have employees work the self checkout only to make sure no theft is happening but maybe a little stealth can be taught to some of them. Didn’t really enjoy or appreciate having one of your staff stare me down like a hawk as I’m scanning my items. Looked over to make eye contact too, not a smile or attempt at conversation for customer service sake.

thank you walmart for bad customer service. so my tap of a credit card didn’t work because the amount was over $250. so i went to our car and got a credit card. for some reason the credit card could not be read. the customer service person said to us, stand aside which i did, and called the credit card company. they claimed the reader sent them incomplete information.
i was annoyed, but the walmart customer service rep said i had a bad credit card,, which i knew was untrue. i did get loud and frustrated and told her to talk with the bank. she claimed that it was denied and nothing could be done. i said the credit card was good and frustrated ask for the manager and she he was not working (though later i find out the assistant manager was).
this was to purchase a tv, she then said you must be from the US because you are rude and there was nothing wrong with their system. after further requests, then she said you have to leave. i said are you going to call the police? and then she called over the intercom code yellow and the assistant manager appeared. i asked the assistant manager to please let me buy the tv and my credit card is good.
eventually we left, and the next day went to costco where it was easy, better tv for less. thank you walmart for bad customer service.

The women working returns/customer service have terrible customer service. Returned some items today with receipt and had so much attitude and rudeness from a mid aged shoulder length haired women for no reason at all other than her not believing my truthfulness on why I was returning the clothes, which was the truth. She was so rude. She needs a holiday.

Not gonna buy from Walmart again!
Today I went to this branch to return an online order from Walmart. Ca but she refused and stated that she can’t get me a refund for it because it’s online. I was buying from Walmart and not Amazon so if I need to exchange to go in person. Back to Amazon again, goodbye Walmart

i went to buy some treats and when i saw this on sale i grab one when i was paying they are trying to charge me 17.97 so i just it was on sale so the other staff checked the price and told me it was for the 10 oz, she asked me to go back and grab a small one so i took this picture to show that it was on a wrong shelf. she said i should read and even without my glasses. Bad attitude for a customer service thinking they are deceiving customers. so frustrated

Employee named IAN is the worst who works at the Walmart pickup side of the store refused to give me my pickup because i was complaining about the problem with pick up instructions on the delivery app with the customer service as on the app it says to park in a spot and call the pickup number but when i called the number IAN shouted that delivery drivers are not supposed to call the number and wait. He refused to give me my order because i was complaining about the way they are running the store. Spoke with the manager who as thought was taking his side saying he has been a very good employee and all. Hopes are low they will do anything about it but doing my best to escalate the issue and will be following up on the complaint i have filed. As either the employee is unprofessional or just does not like giving orders to delivery people he needs to be trained to treat others with respect and dignity.

Customer service is horrible. Never have enough stock on sale items. Very hard to get answers from store manger. Some employees are rude and disrespectful when they are asked simple questions.

This parking lot is terrible. One entrance and exit for the entire complex. 45 min trying toGet out of the parking lot!! Never again!! Orillia walmart from now on.

My waffle maker died. Lasted a long time. I wanted to buy the same one again, but it has been 20 years. I looked on line and there it was on sale for $59 . But, when I got to the store it was $79. So I went to the service desk and told my story to Ashley W. She looked for the add and couldn't find it. So I went and got the unit and brought it back. She went looking and there it was at $59. So I am 70 years old and have been business for self for many of them. I was lucky to have great employees and this Walmart is very lucky to have Ashley. Thankyou!
