Order a Dieffenbachia online. Delivery driver showed up with a completely wilted plant. I said the plant was dead. He said it was outside in the truck .Have a good day. Only the pot was wrapped in plastic. Thankfully the manager resolved the issue.

This chain has had its ups and downs with Revy, Rona and Lowe's. This location is no stranger to the bumps on the rocky journey but it is still a viable local building supply option. The format is slightly restricted to the traditional big box Rona you find in the outskirts of the city as footprint and headcount is a tad lower. Still I find the employees very helpful and the store has lots of stock on the usual suspects. There are some glitches in the inventory but you can order the stuff and have it next day. The store needs a bit more attention to organization and cleanliness but it's not too shabby. Paint, lumber, doors, trim, bath, kitchen and seasonal items are on hand. Friendly people there to help you out.

Every time we come here the majority not all of the lumbar yard guys are sooooo rude. Today we stacked wood for over an hour trying to get the $1500 in lumbar we bought. No one helped us we stacked it and moved it all ourselves, can’t believe it. The Second Gentleman we found to get a load down because there was wasn’t enough was lovely but otherwise I could not believe the experience we had and continue to have every time we are here

I very much like Rona opposed to other companies because the other day I was buying products and the employees at Rona (Katly & Bob) were very helpful in the process by being very knowledgeable about what the item is and what my purpose of it is. Unlike my other experiences.

I prefer Rona opposed to Home Depot the difference is the knowledgeable staff that Rona has. They can actually give you help when you explain what you’re trying to do. They actually have knowledge of the products they sell and what applications there good for. I can not say the same about Home Depot. I was looking for a sandable paintable caulking for interior use at the paint counter. They looked at me like I was insane. They have such a huge selection I was having trouble finding some so I walked out went to Rona had what I wanted in a few minutes. But also plumbing projects and other projects they have always been able to point me in the wright direction. Can’t say the same about other stores. The vip account is definitely the way to go you save on everything if your a home owner or contractor it’s a must to have .

Editing review as they have now hired more staff. Still needs work but is back on the right track.Nowhere near enough staff. Plan for a full day's outing if you're hoping to pick up a 2x4 from their lumber yard.If you value your time go elsewhere.
