I was heading north for vacation and ran into trouble with my car. I called every garage in Midland and no one could help for at least 2 days. Ricky told me to stop by and he would squeeze me in. 1.5 hours and we were on our way. He could have charge me anything and I would have paid it, but he was honest and fair. I would highly recommend. A good and honest mechanic is not always easy to find. Thank you Ricky.

We are from out of town and having obvious car issues yesterday in the late morning. After trying several garages including the one next door to Rickys, a kind soul at another garage directed us to Rickys automotive.
He was busy but took the car for a quick spin and determined that the front brakes were shot and needed replacement. He gave me a quote a few minutes later and in 2 hours I had new front brakes which is to me - remarkable in this ship/shop/shuffle consumer environment.
Rickys work is excellent, his price was very competitive and he explained to my wife the repair process and the timing which reassured both of us. We were very fortunate to find our way to a friend. He was actually faster than quoted and perfectly honest and straightforward. I fully recommend this garage 5 stars
In fact the price and the quality service compelled me to give them a $50 tip which is not something I do often but when I do I need to acknowledge the effort and kindness.

Those who own Mini Coopers know just how finicky they can be when it comes to electrical issues. Ricky had all the problems sorted out after just a few days. His price's are more than fair, he has automotive knowledge in spades and explains what he had to do to fix the problem in great detail. Very personable guy too.This was my first time taking my Mini to Ricky Auto and I can guarantee it won't be my last! I can't thank you enough Ricky! Midland is very fortunate to have such a high caliber automotive repair shop at its disposal. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who really knows his stuff then I highly recommend you give Ricky Auto a call.

Ricky is a fabulous, honest, fair guy! I had to get wheel bearings done in the front was quoted 1200 at another mechanic and Ricky charged me 660.00 almost 1/2 less from the other guy. They did a great job replacing the bearings and he is now our go to mechanic. Highly recommend….glad to have found such an honest man who is an amazing mechanic

I cannot say enough about Ricky Auto Sales and Service. The air conditioning in my vehicle was not functioning well when the temperature was warmer than 25 degrees, and this has been the hottest week of the year so far. I called Ricky and he was so helpful, explained everything and quoted me the best price for diagnosing and then fixing our van. He went above and beyond to fit me in same day because of how incredibly hot it is outside. We will definitely be back and I have already referred friends and family to contact him for any of their automotive service needs. Thanks Ricky!

Ricky was able to get my car in very quickly. My a/c compressor was dead. I had gotten an estimate elsewhere and it was for over $1200 and they said it could be more. Ricky was able to fix it for FAR LESS and was done very quickly. I asked him if he had time could he please do an oil change as well. Synthetic as my car is high mileage. He completed both and it was still over $200 less than the other shop wanted just to fix the a/c (including taxes). He was kind, professional and very helpful. I will be a return customer without hesitation. Thanks again Ricky for all of your help.

I work at Nascent Naturals next door- we had a jam where the owner's truck tailgate was jammed and couldn't open- Ricky helped us and provided tools to get it open! He was very kind and helpful

I came from out of town, about 4 hours driving. Woke on Saturday morning with a flat tire. CAA came first to assist and recommended Ricky's. I called at noon, only supposed to be open until 2pm. He told me to go on over. Got there, he was so friendly and professional. He did what he could, but it was not repairable. Had to go to crappy tire for a new tire, who charged an arm and a leg and would not put it on. Ricky's said to bring it back. I did and he got it put on. This was now about 3:30. When we were there, he saw a lot of walk ins, and he took care of them, or told them to come back a bit later. I highly recommend this repair shop as he put in extra care, extra time. Great job Ricky's.

I would definitely recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable service by Ricky. Helped me in a pinch and was able to get the work done the same day. Very fair pricing and makes sure you understand all the work that actually needs to be done.

had an awesome experience, got my car in for an alignment within a couple days and Ricky stayed late to finish it so it was ready for the next day, super fair price as well, I would really recommend bringing your car here.
