I can not say enough about this pharmacy and the staff. When this pandemic struck us in March 2020 I was with another pharmacy located in a grocery store. The grocery store opened at 7 am for seniors. I am a high risk senior and my husband has dementia and is dependant on me therefore I can not take chances and get sick. I had many sleepless nights over this. So 7 am grocery shopping was great and hardly anyone in the store. Only issue is the pharmacy did not open until 8am when I called them about it they told me to wait around once I was done shopping???? Really? Then they said they would delivery it. I asked is it a staff member, Nope it is by taxi. Hell no. Where I live there is not a hope in hell I would allow a taxi driver to bring my meds to me. I watch them pick up people across from where I live and there are no masks the jump in the front seat beside the driver and these people do NOT social distance. Okay I had to find a solution. I can not use Shopper's as they have perfume at the main entrance in every store. I am allergic very allergic to it. Yes they deliver but how was I to pay. I can't go in due to allergies and I will not allow someone to my door. I called Midland Guardian and they bent over backwards for me. They have a delivery person on staff and she is wonderful! They charge my orders and I pay by card or cheque the beginning of the next month. Today I realized I had not ordered my inhalers and I was out. It is Saturday and no deliveries. I asked if they could fill it first thing and I would run up to get them. I am terrified to be out in public and due to severe breathing issues wearing a mask more than 15 - 20 seconds and a panic sets in. They told me to call when I got to the mall to make sure it was ready. I did and they asked if they could bring it to me. Thank you to each and every staff member here as you go above and beyond excellent service. Highly recommend them.

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy until today. I'm sorry I don't know her name or how else to describe her but she is the only Asian woman I've seen working there. Keep in mind I've only lived in Midland for a year. We went to see the Good Doctor to get my father in law's prescription filled. He is blind and gets blister packs. This is his second month getting them which come to think of it, I wonder if they assume I know or knew I should go early to get it or how early? Anyways I'm not a mind reader....back to my review... the Asian woman at the counter explained after half an hour of waiting that they hadn't gotten his pills ready yet. I just mentioned we had a bus to catch in 15 mins because I was hoping they could make him a priority. She said sorry but I can have it delivered to you. Great! Thanks! We went home. I called just to see if they had an aprox time. This was 3.5 hours later. I wasn't angry just asking. It was the same woman on the phone as at the counter because she told me they have been very busy and I have been told 2x to come in earlier to get his prescription! I was shocked! I would never expect to be treated like an idiot like that. I explained that I didn't recall ever been told anything like that and she angrily said well you have been told 2x! I said excuse me! Have I ever met you? How do you know what I have been told or not told to be like this with me? I've never met you in my life! She said well you've been told 2x so you can come pick up your scripts tomorrow. I asked her to send it to Walmart. I am so upset with her. I hope management can listen to the phone call. Disgraceful treatment.

I'm not sure who helped me, but words cannot express the kindness I was shown.
I was working nearby and has strained my shoulder somehow and was looking for some kind of relief. The pharmacist gave me advice on the two products I was looking at and offered me two free cold packs out of a freezer. They've been relieving my pain and I am beyond grateful.

The pharmacist today Ruth was exemplary as well the woman behind the intake orders but Ruth went out of her way to find me the right prescription for my degeneritive disc and pain swelling that wouldnt do a number on my stomach even so far as confering with the NP I saw to get the right one ...love that thanks you made a seniors painful day less painfull..as well did the NP .This is an example of excellent service team work and customer CARE kudos! Hope my walker doesnt snage on the floor frame again. OH and Bonnie the delivery lady EXEMPERALY AS WELL even though loaded down with deliveries got it her to my hand and friendly attitude. Thanxxx Bonnie.
