Paid 2500$ for my car to get safety certified.. I've now had to go back twice in 4months for problems related to that.. had my pads replaced only to find out they put back a caliper that was worn and needed changed. Charged me to change my caliper which they should've noticed and changed while replacing my breaks for the safety.. have a hard time believing whatever driving I did with the worn caliper didn't affect the break pads they just installed. Considering how much smoke was coming from that one break. They told me not to worry they look good... Maybe if they didn't tell me the same thing for the calipers 4 months ago I would actually believe them

Horrible customer service. Brought my car there to get repaired. Was quoted nearly 2500$ for a clutch job. Which isnt bad but i decided to go ahead an order the parts an i would do the labour myself. Fast forward to last week i called to get my car towed out of the yard. I was told it was clear to be released. Call again today to let them know its being picked up. Got told the car wouldnt be released till i pay for the parts ordered. Not installed just ordered. No money was owed on the car. They did not look at it whatsoever. So the car should’ve been free to go. Not the case. The owner said due to the parts not being able to be sent back, (keep in mind i never once said i wasn’t coming to grab the parts.) my car would have to stay. Until the parts are paid for. I was planning on going to pick up the parts friday. Anyway long story short. All the owner had to say was “Come pick up your car” and hung up on me. Absolutely disrespectful an worst customer service ive ever had. (Edit) it was a actually one of the mechanics that i talked to. Even worse professionalism. Would recommend hiring more professional techs.
(Second Edit) got my car back home. They had tore through my trunk to retrieve the tow hook i assume. ( i didnt put the tow hook on when i got it towed there) and instead of putting my thing back the way they were. Nicely organized in the blue basket pictured below under the sweater that was folded. They left it a complete mess. The coolant bottle leaked onto my trunk cover aswell. So now have to get my car detailed Will never have my car back there. Complete an utter disrespect to my vehicle and very unprofessional..
