Was recently at the midland location and was appalled at the lack of service and products available…not to mention actual employees working? This isn’t the first time this has been issue at lcbo locations in general the employees look dissatisfied with having to work they don’t offer much in the way help finding things and kinda just seem uninterested in what’s going on, and you wonder why the government is expanding where alcohol can be sold? lol if your going to waste everyone’s time with a strike for job security and the funding of the Canadian economy then maybe have your employees do their dang jobs and actually look happy they still have them 🤷♂️

Management at this LCBO is a joke. Threatening customers. Was waiting in a lineup on the right side of the store with 4 other people, got to my turn, someone cuts infront of me at the counter and tells me im not in “the right line”. No one said or did anything to the people i was behind in line but this customer chose to be rude and hostile towards me. Instead of deescalating the situation the manger threatened to refuse me as a customer and kick me out of the store, taking the guy who just cut infront of everyone in the line i was in over me because I look younger. The cashier even knew i was in the right and apologized for the situation but the manager was on a power trip.
If there is a dedicated “line starts here” it’s not well displayed anywhere near the cash registers, no one is enforcing it till they want to. Management is terrible.
