Exceptional service by Lorraine. She was very gentle and understanding. My veins are very hard to find. Asked for smallest sharp and she obliged. Found vein in back of my hand first jab. Never felt a thing. Recommend her and will definitely request her if I have to have more bloodwork done. KUDOS to Lorraine

Took my 7 year granddaughter to the lab she has never had bloodwork done and was nervous.
Lorraine was amazing, she explained what was going to happen and was so gentle.
My granddaughter said she didn't even feel the needle she was so happy it was that easy.
