  Service pace is the most slowest branch I have ever been. We have been waiting in line for 10 mins, no one acknowledge anything, even with ppl waiting in line, the teller is still chatting with the lady? Can u pls be more unprofessional? Is this because u r the only branch on King st? No one is competing with u?

  Absolutely the worst bank. Always extremely slow services. Be prepared to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. The tellers are very friendly but they never have enough tellers open.

  ordered a draft but there is no way to confirm if it is available will have to drive to the bank as there is now way to contact this institution.
