The door on my car would not close properly due to some minor damage. They adjusted the hinges and did some other modifications so that the door could close. This they did at no charge. If my car was a newer model I would have gone with the option of replacing the door and hinges. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, would recommend Canstar Midland to anyone.

Can’t tell you about the workmanship because the receptionist said they are too busy to even look at the damage without an appointment. Yet the other two body shops in Midland that are insurance approved we’re happy to have a peek and give me the information I was looking for as opposed to waiting another week for an appointment. I truly believe the receptionist should look for a line of work that does not have to deal with the public! Not even the slightest attempt at customer satisfaction . And by the way, I am 56 and this is the second time I’ve left a bad review in my entire life!

I couldn't be happier with both the customer service as well as the quality of work! They had my truck back to me in a timely manner and looking like I just drove it off the lot! I highly recommend CarStar Midland!

My insurance sent me to CarStar after I hit a deer. The service was great and they left my car very clean when done. I was told 5-7 days for it to be fixed, and it was done on day 5. I was so happy to ditch the rental and have my car back for the long weekend!Service: Body & Trim
