We have all sorts of problems with this location. You can't stay away because it's our only post office! I've had them send my mail back AFTER confirming it's the correct address and then also after I came in, they simply lied to me and told me it wasn't there.They don't even deliver packages, they'd rather bring them uptown where you have to drive to. They literally bring the packages further away. If you don't drive, you can go f yourself I suppose.Last time I asked corporate about this a couple years ago, they said it's a COVID policy. Well, we're pretty far away from lockdown now, I wonder what the new excuse is.If you are shipping to this town do not use Canada Post, please, use literally any other company.

Please stop aggressively knocking on businesses doors when they’re busy with clients. It’s hazardous and distracting, and flyers are going straight into the recycling. Stop.

The lady working at 11:30 today who called TWICE with the most unprofessional disgusting attitude (for something out of my control) should not be allowed to work the phones at your location. Extremely rude.

Some of the staff are not overly friendly, rather a bit abrasive. A smile and a positive attitude go a long way. I’ll be choosing a different location for my future postal needs. It’s unfortunate because this is a convenient location for downtown patrons.
