Went in to look for winter boots for our daughter and was turned away and told to go to barrie as the boots were too big for her. I'm done trying to support local businesses. I will take my money elsewhere and give it to the big box stores.

10/10 experience with Jennifer from the very start. I called for some help locating a specific pair of shoes in all black for work (I have them in a different colour and they’re amazingly comfortable!). Jennifer took the time to contact her rep and when the rep didn’t call her back right away, she let me know (making sure to always keep me in the loop and confident she was still working on it). She was able to order them and have me a reasonable timeline and somehow managed to get them even faster than expected. What a great surprise!! When I picked up the shoes, I was helped by Monica who was so super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for high quality shoes and exceptional customer service!

I went in today and was helped by Jennifer. I was blown away by how great this place was. I am a very picky shoe customer with wide feet and Jennifer made me feel welcome, answered all my questions and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I burn through shoes like fire through logs and will definitely be back for more. This level of customer service is very rare. They also stock different widths of the same shoe, which is awesome.

I'd like to thank the associate who helped me, her name was Jenn. She was so helpful and so nice!Most places I go for shoes I get made fun of because I have extremely wide feet. I would be happy with just a shoe that fit.Jenn was right there when we needed her, not too pushy and didn't take too long either. Jenn took the time to find my perfect shoe. She went through 6/7 pairs to find one that was so perfect and fit, she also offered to order shoes in of I so needed.I really appreciate the hard work that she exhibited today and kindness as well. I will definitely be recommending Becker shoes to everyone in town and coming back every time!
