Great staff and facilities, they take good care of customers and it's a fine place to keep a boat. We have been there for 3 seasons. Lots of hard to find parts and accessories in the shop, service isn't cheap but they can take on any job.

Excellent staff and service. Always a hand on the dock when you need it. Great location for sailboats where you can raise sails right out of the gate without battling boat traffic and wake.

We love Bay Port. We stayed here fall of 2022 when we brought our boat from Port Dover through the Trent Severn. At that time we decided not to carry on northward, as it was getting late in the year,so we left the boat there over winter. Spring 2023 found us doing an overhaul of the interior before launching. Can't say enough about the staff, both inside and outside. Helpful, fun, knowledgeable and accommodating to our projects. This is a perfect stop for Loopers as it is a short 2 km walk along a paved waterfront trail, to the cute town of Midland with lots of restaurants and shops. It's only $10 to take a taxi to the big box stores up the hill to provision (or a modest cardiac climb of 2.5 km). Amenities at the marina are clean and showers are hot and spacious. Laundry is an affordable $2 per load. The fuel and pump out dock is large and can take 3-4 large boats or a greater number of smaller boats. Bay Port Yachting Centre is a great place to rest and gear up for the continuation of the Loop up to the North Channel. Sandra and Chris from MV Thataway

Had a top notch experience with Bayport after a boat we purchased ended up on the rocks on its way to us. Sari was amazing to deal with along with all of the other dedicated staff. Steve, Chris, Earl, Amy and everyone else who helped us with our "rocky start"....thank you. We never felt like a "bother" to anyone we dealt with. You have been phenomenal and we can't say enough about your customer service.

We’ve been Bayport drystack customers for over 10 years now. Fantastic service from this facility. Recently I had to order two tiny little parts for our boat. Went in Friday morning had the parts in less than 24 hrs. Not sure where else you’ll find that kind of service!!!! Thank you Bayport!!!!!.

After spending the last 10 years at Bayport, we made the decision to leave this year. First the good… Well laid out, with friendly staff for the most part, clean washrooms and showers, nice pool, and adequate parking most times. Now for the not so good… Five different marina managers in the last 6-7 years. Some were well suited to the job, others not as much. One should never have been made marina manager at all…. Thankfully he was only there for one year. Their so called WIFI service is all but non-existent. The signal is so weak, one cannot even get ones email or browse the web, much less download anything. If your boats marine GPS needs a software update, good luck! Fuel prices are some of the highest on the Bay, and prices for their service work are also on the high side. Despite a MUCH NEEDED 15% decrease in slip fees a few years ago after Parkbridge sold their marinas to Maple Leaf Marinas, fees have risen again every year since then, even during Covid with two shortened seasons in a row… This is unacceptable in our opinion…. Without going into details, Maple Leaf Marinas treated us very unfairly on more than one occasion. When this was pointed out to them, they didn’t care and refused to make the situation right. When they were criticized for it, we were then threatened with being thrown out of the marina. In our opinion, Maple Leaf Marinas is only interested in making extra profits for the owners and their shareholders. They now own 15 marinas in Ontario! We have no desire to be a part of this monopoly any longer. In response to your reply:"You had issues with us last spring, and you had issues in the fall …… why do you continue to boat with us ? If it continues, I’m afraid that we will have to part ways."Why would anyone want to stay, or reconsider coming back after receiving that? There were plenty of opportunities for Maple Leaf to make things right. Instead of doing that, you closed the door.... Good luck with your marina empire.
