They never get my faxes from my dr office I had an issue do to privacy the Pharmist Ricky is Amazing and great at his job. My papa ran into a lot of issues as well.Not to mention one of women
there is very rude how she speaks to customers very judgemental i find. They do have cute things mind you i wouldnf suggest buying stuff you can get at walmart or shoppers due to there prices are definitely higher compared to any other drug store and dont have much for beauty suplies like any other drug store since I switched to shoppers I love the fact that they have an app that shows all your prescriptions and you can refill on the spot

They have regularly made mistakes when my Doctors phone in my prescriptions. It seems to be happening more often lately.I am lucky I caught the one today or I would have had a rough time tomorrow morning.

One of the Nurse is so rude and unprofessional, who gave a booster dose of vaccine to my wife on 2022-01-14 at 11:55 am, she made a bad joke on my wife and the staff was laughed on us.We will never go there if she serve us in future.The welcome desk for vaccination was unorganized and overcrowded.

Previous owners and staff were helpful and friendly. But since jorys and arcade became one business the service became non existent. I do not business with them but my wife does. When I pick up her prescriptions all the employees never say hello nor do they ever thank you for giving them your business. Even Basil Fawlty from Fawlty Towers is rude to his customers; he at least says hello before he insults them more than this gang does. The only employee that treats people well is Maureen Sonsor.

I give this place a good rating because they have been a life-saver during COVID. My doctor is MIA and the telemedicine clinic has been there for me the entire time. Thank you so much for all that you do!
