Always a nice experience when I am visiting this Pharmacy. They have always made sure my prescriptions are available and filled in a reasonable time. Also nice to see they support several local sports teams, events, and groups within our community.

I prefer this pharmacy over every other pharmacy I have ever gone to the staff are wonderful and they make you feel comfortable from the layout of the store to the customer service and conversation as well as the support and understanding when discussing new medications.Keep doing you guys!

Nowhere near the level of service that this place used to have. It shouldn’t take almost an hour for me to pickup my medication, and they didn’t even have it all available.It was as if it was everyone’s first day on the job running around trying to look busy but clearly confused and lost.Place called me to confirm I wanted the prescription sent there, or course I did. They are so disorganized that they then called back right away asking if I had insurance, never asking if this was a good time for a call, as it was in the middle of the work day - I explained I was working right now and would provide those details when I pick it up - shouldn’t have to call me once, let alone twice for those things.It was as if receiving a prescription was not something they do every day and it was stressing them out.Little did I know, it takes this place 10 times longer than any other pharmacy I’ve been to, as it took two people to complete the simple task and a third to check me out. Absolute chaos, would no longer suggest supporting this mess of a pharmacy.Pharmacist also did not have an understanding of how generic and brand name drugs work with insurance or the fact that they are not the same, or the fact that in this situation the cost difference is very small. I’ve been taking the same pills for a decade, I think I would know how much the generic costs vs the brand name. If the note on my file says the patient wants the brand name, why are you wasting everyone’s time talking about how expensive it is? I pay for it, not you. It’s my body I’m concerned about, not my wallet, it’s concerning that my pharmacists worries were more financial than health based, but it’s not surprising considering how lost these women looked during my hour standing around waiting. Just give me the drugs I was prescribed, don’t worry about my financial state, and trust me when I tell you I know what I’m talking about instead of trying to act smarter than you clearly are.

A little disappointed that they don't serve ice cream in the winter. Went to get ice cream last week and that part was closed.

I hear such horror stories about other pharmacies and I am shocked. I must be spoiled because the service is fantastic and so efficient no one believes me when I brag about this .All questions are treated with respect and prescriptions are filled quickly and properly. Staff are great
