Can I post a galaxy of stars! New to Merrickville, I was referred to this automotive service by my new friends Peter and Joey! I understand how busy it gets this time of year, as I remember so well helping my father in my younger days at his garage when it was time to change to winter tires. It was so busy! Nevertheless at Herbs they gave me a quick appointment and they came to my door to pick up my car and delivered after services. I am so grateful! Thanks to Brenda and the Herbs’s team you guys are truly amazing! A galaxy of stars and more!

Well took a vehicle in to get some service done. Told them the issues vehicle sat in parking lot till I called to check on vehicle. Status Was. Asked. When I was coming vehicle shortly left parking lot. Done 2 scans charged. Me told me vehicle was clear. And good. 2 min down road same issue. Would of been happier if said sorry haven’t got to it yet. But everyone’s got to make money I guess. Nice. Ppl.

A fabulous family run business where Herb is fair, honest and an excellent mechanic. Herb is experienced, thorough and ensures your vehicle is mechanically sound. Brenda always greets you with a smile, and the pets welcome you too. We have peace of mind when Herb works on our car. Merrickville is fortunate to have this local establishment. Highly recommended!

I went in to this local shop for 2 simple services: oil change, and switch the tires. I could have had my husband do it at home, but there were 2 small problems with the car that I wanted to get checked. By the time I picked up my car the bill was 15x more than expected because apparently I need new brakes. Huh? My brakes had been working just fine!!! And the two small problems that I originally asked them to look at? Nothing got done… I paid $1500 and my car still shakes when I turn a corner and my one tire is still leaking air.I'll be going out of town to my old auto repair from now on.???Services: Tires

These folks are super fast!!! I called for snow removal at 4:50pm and within 15 minutes I saw lights in the driveway and they were hard at work. You can't beat that level of responsiveness. It is great knowing we can count on Herb's professional snow removal service when we get those big dump days.
